Dinnertime is pretty much the definition of chaos, am I right? Everyone is tired and hungry, and there’s only so much I can do to make everyone happy while I’m creating a culinary masterpiece…..also known as, boiling water for mac & cheese. My husband and I try to teach our kids to not being wasteful, so we do our best to keep the lights turned off. But I find I’m constantly being interrupted from my cooking by Leah, who’s requesting for her light to be turned on so that she can grab one toy or another. Each time I help her, I wait to turn the light off behind her, only to be interrupted a minute later to turn it on and off again. How am I supposed to create a scrumtrulescently delicious meal with all of these distractions?
When I saw the awesome glow-in-the-dark lightswitch extender by
KidSwitch,
I knew that it would provide Leah with more independence, which would then allow me to channel my inner Julia Child with one less interruption. Bon appetit!
